Nick Coppack

Nicholas was first trained as a photographer, working with Bruce Pinkard and Snowdon, he went on to become a photographers agent, representing the photographer and film maker Ken Gilliam. Since 1993 he has run his own successful PR Company, specialising in broadcast and events PR, working with TV companies in both news and features. Since 1993 he has run his own successful PR Company, specialising in broadcast and events PR, working with TV companies in both news and features. Nicholas produced Goodboys and co-produced The Donor and Sweat and is currently working with Pride TV plus a number of corporate/charity agencies.

James Loosemore

James has been working in post-production since he graduated from Bournemouth University with an MA in Sound Design, and has built up a strong list of credits on programmes such as The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, Lock Stock (The TV series) and The Falklands Play.

Not only one of Big Dipper's producers (he co-produced recent short The Donor), he is also a musician, scoring all of the Big Dipper films to date, and with his music partner plans to score their first feature film.

John Lochland

John graduated with honours from The University of Westminster in 1998 after majoring in film production. Since then he has been a productive independent film making talent, shooting and screening films at festivals around the world. His films Host and the more recent Goodboys have both screened at The London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival, with Goodboys going on to be screened at Newfest in New York and InD Blue in Hong Kong and currently the rights for the film are in negotiation with Pride TV Europe and Here! Entertainment USA.

More recently he wrote and directed The Donor for Big Dipper, a North West Vision, National Lottery and UK Film Council co-production, which has been screened at Cannes and is currently being adapted into a feature length drama.

Ian Coppack

Ian has been involved with sound and nature for over 30 years. Currently, working for Cheshire County Council he is involved in making and presenting programmes for the county. He has been instrumental in designing and presenting guided walks on CD for blind and disabled groups. Executive producer/ brilliant location manger on Goodboys and 1st AD to director John Lochland on The Donor. He heads up the Big Dipper Factual department alongside Juliet Molyneux.

Lucia Giannecchini’

Lucia graduated with a 2:1 honours degree in Business Studies & Italian before training as an actor at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Over the last 4 years she has successfully worked in film and television accruing a long CV of credits including the BBC’s BAFTA nominated series ‘Nuclear Secrets‘, ‘Extras’, ‘Sinchronicity‘ and ‘Doctors‘; also ITV’s ‘Footballers’ Wives’ as a series regular; and a number of independent films.

Lucia has so far been involved with a number of Big Dipper projects including: ‘While England Sleeps’ promo, ‘Goodboys‘, ‘The Donor’, ‘Loved By You’ music video and most recently the short film ‘Sweat’ which will form part of the trilogy ’Blood, Sweat & Tears’. Lucia is now a committed member of Big Dipper Films and is involved in all areas of production as well as specialising in Casting.
